How do you feel about your life? I love mine

but I didn’t always feel this way.

I have always been in the service industry. First as a qualified Hairdresser, then working with men and women in prison for the Department of Corrections for 15 years and now as a Life Coach & EAL practitioner.

I have had a love for horses since a very young age and been involved with horses throughout my life since I was 18 years old.

Horses were the one thing I had in my life that was just for me, that usually filled my cup, always a piece of my version of “living my dream”, but somehow a few years ago it had become the lowest on my priority list. Something had to changed, I felt burnt out and a bit lost, everything just felt a little bit pointless.

I knew after my first Life Coaching session that I had come to the right place for help. It was life-changing for me, then I was introduced to Equine Assisted Learning (EAL), and this was equally as powerful.

The combination allowed me to discover who I was, how I got here and who I wanted to be. I wanted everyone to have the same opportunity, but I knew from experience the cost involved as quality qualified Life Coaches and Equine Learning Practitioners are rare in New Zealand.

I decided to get qualified as a Life Coach and a trauma informed Equine Assisted learning (EAL) practitioner to ensure these amazing services are accessible and affordable in NZ, to remove exchange rates, time zone and other barriers.

I love this work and I am passionate about helping women make the most of their life, stress less, and figure out what’s next.
